Statement of Faith

We believe the Holy Bible

We believe that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God. It is infallible, inerrant, and authoritative. It is the final authority for faith, life, and godliness. It reveals God’s will and His redemptive purposes for humanity.

We believe in the one true God

We believe in the one true God, eternally existing in three Persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that He is sovereign over all creation, He is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, and omnibenevolent. He is holy, loving, and just. He is always good, in all ways, and in every circumstance.

We believe in Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and proclaimed the Kingdom of God. He died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in power and glory.

We believe that salvation is by grace alone

We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. All people are lost in sin and in need of repentance and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Through faith in Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness of sins, new life, and reconciliation with God.

We believe in the Holy Spirit who lives in all who believe in Jesus

We believe in the Holy Spirit who lives in all who believe in Jesus. He convicts the world of sin, regenerates the believer, indwells, sanctifies, empowers, and guides those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience distinct from and subsequent to salvation, empowering believers for godly living, witnessing, and serving.

We believe in the continuation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the continuation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, including but not limited to healing, miracles, prophecy, tongues, interpretation of tongues, words of wisdom, and words of knowledge, for the building up of the church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

We believe in divine healing

We believe in divine healing, provided through the atoning work of Christ, and available to believers today according to the will of God.

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers, called to worship God, make disciples, preach the gospel, and demonstrate the love and power of God through the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the ordinances of the Church:

Water Baptism, by immersion, as a public testimony of faith in Christ.
The Lord’s Supper, commemorating the sacrifice of Christ and proclaiming His death until He comes.

We believe in the resurrection of the dead

We believe in the resurrection of the dead, both the saved and the lost. We believe the saved will rise to eternal life with God, and the lost will be separated from God for eternity.

We believe in the return of Jesus Christ

We believe in the return of Jesus Christ, the final judgment, the new heavens and the new earth, and the everlasting reign of God.

We believe the church is called to live in holiness

We believe the church is called to live in holiness, love, unity, and obedience, walking in the power of the Spirit and bearing witness to the transforming grace of God in the world.

Vision Statement

We seek to see hearts renewed, lives transformed, communities strengthened, and Christ made known as we partner with local churches and non-profits to equip and mobilize the Christian Community for Kingdom impact.

Strategy Statement

We will endeavor to fulfill our vision through various methodologies as discussed below.

We believe that the Christian community will always be better, stronger, and more impactful when we work together. We will build significant partnerships with local churches, allowing us to maximize results while sharing resources. We will create opportunities where our coalition partners can strategize together, support and encourage one another, and build relationships that enrich us all. We seek to partner in creative evangelistic outreaches to reach the unchurched, to offer strategic workshops to equip leaders and church members and provide intentional mentoring that invests in and strengthens the Body of Christ.

We will faithfully teach the life-changing Word of God. We desire to inspire brothers and sisters in Christ to fall in love with God’s Word all over again. We will offer an online Bible study that lifts up the name of Jesus and creates opportunities for men and women to gather virtually to grow in faith and an understanding of scripture. We will offer specific courses and workshops that inspire and equip believers to grow in their relationship with Christ and to share the Gospel effectively.

We will provide strategic training to equip leaders and congregants to be more effective in significant capacities, including evangelism, thereby enhancing local churches and enriching the community. We believe that as the local church grows through compassionate outreach and intentional evangelism, the community must also grow to provide an even healthier environment to disciple new believers.

We will work with our local partners to design and implement compassionate evangelistic outreaches with maximum impact. These will include, but are not limited to, taking food and supplies to the homeless, offering classes and worship services at nursing homes and rehab centers, and setting up prayer booths in public places like swap meets. We will work together to find new and creative ways to reach souls for Christ, build our community, and see hearts and lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.

We will work with our local partners to create strategic mentoring opportunities. We desire to invest in the lives of God’s people and leaders so that they are equipped and empowered to live out their faith in life-changing ways. We believe that God has designed us to live in community where we can experience the power of His presence and grow individually and collectively to become all God has designed and purposed us to be.
