Biography of
Rev. Ronda Hastings

Rev. Ronda Hastings was married for over 49 years before losing her dearly loved husband, Bill, in 2024.  She thanks God for her three sons, her beautiful daughters-in-law, and her eleven-year-old granddaughter.

She received a BA in Biblical Studies from Patten College, an MA in Biblical Studies from Graduate Theological Union, and an honorary DD from Southern California School of Ministries.  She received her ministerial ordination through the Interstate Association of the Church of God in 1995.

Ronda was the Director of Women's Ministry at Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church in San Leandro, CA, from 2005 to 2025. Working with the Women’s Ministry leadership team, she was responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Bible Studies, Retreats, and Special Events designed to inspire, equip, and empower women to lead extraordinary lives in Christ Jesus.

Ronda has been teaching Biblical Studies at the college level and in local ministries for over 40 years.  She is the former Director and Dean of Landmark School of Ministries, where she taught for over 10 years at the Oakland and San Francisco campuses. She was responsible for the teacher training at Evangelical Released Time in Oakland, which provided special Bible instruction for students from Oakland public schools.  She is actively involved in ministry and speaks at a wide variety of local churches and functions, including workshops, special services, women's conventions, and retreats.

She was the Coordinator of the Women’s Ministry Track at the annual Bay Area Sunday School Convention (BASS).  She was responsible for coordinating informed leaders using quality materials to bring content that would empower local Women’s Ministry teams to operate in excellence.

She is the founder and president of High Impact Outreach Ministries, seeking to see hearts renewed, lives transformed, communities strengthened, and Christ made known as they partner with local churches and non-profits to equip and mobilize the Christian Community for Kingdom impact.

She loves the Lord with all her heart and endeavors to fulfill God’s call to love people into His Kingdom.
